NEW AGE(a chat with a friend)

college should b viewed diffently na...
I'm suggesting if u can find a cheaper school, just go there
yep, what u finished in college may not b the thing that u will pursue anyhow
unless ur a super kid who has everything figured out at that young age

i just figured that say, ur 18,
u won't ever know what it is u really want
rule of thumb: if my course is available at Dovecat?
(wrong spelling pa nga sia..pero hindi porket namention nia ung skul is ito...un na ah..nope..marming school dyan...basta be practical...and wise enough)

i would just attend that school
and i will be the best student there is there
i might even save me some money and send me back to school sometime in the
future then u can study anything, economics too if u want

and another rule of thumb: going for the "IN" course
always lead to a dead end

i won't say sorry, i am an engineering grad
(yeap pareho kami..pero proud kami na engineering grad kami...b^^d)

i'm smart!!(yes we are^^ in a kidding way..lol)
i'm all the way for MODESTY(humble^^)

rule of thumb dn is u can somehow become anything u want to be
but i mean what u finished in college doesn't have to be the thing that will define you
(you can be anything else..yes...tama)
as long as he really wants to do it
if a kid loves computer will do better in IT
than someone who is forced lang to do it kc it's the IN thing

i'm so high about those TECHY stuff(pareho kami^^)
but i terribly need someone for some guidance
the thing talaga is the BURNING PASSION
like u want to change this world
like there is something wrong
and u want to do what u can
that's more important
u can teach all the languages to a person
but if he doesn't have a CAUSE
a set of BELIEFS
(para sa amin walang kwenta....just earn money? nope its a no no^^
rather...do it because your happy)

as long as u have some good output
it wont matter much if u went to HAU
and finished some IT course or whatever (di na sinasabing mg-IT kayo ah..ngsample lang sia^^)
esp now that INFORMATION is almost free....
computers are everywhre
books are cheap or free or both
the sky's the limit talaga if u just want it!

(remembr)
it's not about the course itself
it's more about the SKILL-SET

we live we learn i guess
we were young then, and we didn't know better
so we took the most popular course
for it was an easy choice, and it offered the best prospects
but we failed to realise that everyone was into the same IN
thing and when we were over,...
a lot of US were OVER
aha...lol(funny really...tawa ako ng tawa but its the truth)

that's my poem na...
heto pa;

and world went spiraling down, and it didn't need "course" no more
(maraming course oh major ang ganito..at totoo po na ngyayari yan)
and so we were left hanging
with no better jobs
cause we were unwanted
the only thing left was to accept those volunteer jobs
as all the nurses did, and was glad to receive 50bucks a day
and so our 1million investment at schooling is gone
and we would need a hundred years to break even!
and so my friends, i'm telling you now
don't just take a course,  because your mom or dad tells you to(pero remember na "parents" knows best minsan^^)
take a deep breath, and choose wisely
and follow your heart, and follow hard what it really wants!(ito ang importante ung anu gusto mo)
even if you failed... and chances are... you will
it's still ok, for that is life(yup c'est la vie^^)
i'll tell you now, i'll tell you over again
"just stay hungry, and stay foolish"(steve job)

 "just stay hungry, stay foolish"
what it means that, whatever it is you did with your life
i mean whatever, u have to move on
for that's part of life
all of it, it would make u stronger some day
stay hungry, stay foolish.
