  • check if you are detecting the Wireless Name "JD Hotspot". If you do then you are in the coverage area. You might wanna consider also check the signal strength on your device.
  • Just select the hotspot and connect.
  • there is no required registration for this but if you do you will be given a FREE Voucher.
  • go to the retailer shop ask them you wanna register and they will give you an easy instruction to do it and once done they will give you a voucher.
  • Make sure you WiFi is on. if you are detecting other Hotspot network but not JD Hotspot, most probably you are in the deadspot (means not covered by the signal range).
  • We have plans on expanding the signal coverage area in the future. 
  • Since we are using the air as the medium for you to get the internet, there are factors that could effect or degrade the signal reason for you get get disconnected but there are other technical things that could also cause the issue.
  • Yes, the voucher is available for purchase and it comes with different packages and prices also. As of today we are still on testing mode that's why we still provide free vouchers.
  • Same when having a monthly service for WiFi or internet service with other large providers, if your modem doesnt have electricity then you internet is not gonna work. JD Hotspot is just a starting business in the future, plans on having an interrupted service is possible.
