1. Go to the Groups page you wanted to quit from.
2. on the right top corner, just below the cover of the group page, you will see a gear icon (1)
3. click it the a menu will drop down
4. then just click on Leave Group (2)

Facebook: How to Quit from a Group
You suddenly were invited and include to a group and you keep on receiving unwanted notification from that group. here's how to ungroup you FB account..
1. Go to the Groups page you wanted to quit from.
2. on the right top corner, just below the cover of the group page, you will see a gear icon (1)
3. click it the a menu will drop down
4. then just click on Leave Group (2)
